Timothy H. Godfryd, also known as Tim, is an IT, Retail, and Operations Manager who has a wealth of knowledge and experience, much of which he gained from working with the tech and retail giants Apple and Amazon respectively.
Tim has worked for more than 8 years with Apple where he gained significant experience dealing with Apple’s products – providing technical support, training, and customer service. With an unquestionable work ethic and excellent management skills, Tim served as a Manager at Apple from Feb 2012 – Sept 2016.
As a Manager, Tim learned to deal with the cross-cultural environment and to unite and motivate his team to accomplish their department’s goal. Tim also succeeded in increasing sales, developing, and maintaining good working relationships with the valuable clients.
